PoliticsDirect is proud to support the following organisations:

The Prince's Trust is a UK charity that helps young people overcome barriers and get their lives working. Through practical support including training, mentoring and financial assistance, it helps 14-30 year olds realise their potential and transform their lives. The Trust focuses its efforts on those who've struggled at school, been in care, been in trouble with the law, or are long-term unemployed.

Kidz-World Logo Whizz-kidz provides customised wheelchairs, tricycles and other specialised mobility equipment, wheelchair training, information and advice to change the lives of disabled children across the UK.

It also works to raise awareness of the need of these children so that they get the support they deserve from the general public and from the Government.

Independent mobility enables disabled children to experience the everyday things that many able-bodied children take for granted, often for the first time in their lives. Whether it's going to a mainstream school, joining in at sport or being able to play with friends and family, independence and freedom changes a disabled child's life, literally overnight.

It helps children and young people who are:

  • struggling with the consequences of neglect and emotional, physical and sexual abuse
  • boys and girls aged between five and eighteen years
  • from across the British Isles
